win32 good-plugins

Hi Sébastien,

I did not found the rtp and udp sources/sinks on your
pre-built win32
good-plugins package.
Will there be any chances to have them?

Also, remember, the ffmpeg setup package link is broken.

Hi Giovanni,

I've generated a new set of Windows binaries from CVS this
w-e, it 
includes udp and rtp plugins.
I've also put online a basic gstreamer player to make it
easier to test 
gstreamer on Windows.
I've fixed some bugs in directdrawsink so it should now work
with all 
graphic devices.
It will be great if all people having a Windows installed
and having 
some time could make a little test and give some feedback.

great work!
win32 ffmpeg plugin is doing its job!
rtp and udp seem ok, even if I am not expert enough on rtp
to try a
simple client/server setup...
Never had problem with directdrawsink.

How about the tcp plugin. Any chance to have it also on
board?

Maybe we should think about a sourceforge project on win32
porting, so
to keep tracking of versions and binaries. What do you
think?
