mjpegtools http://mjpeg.sourceforg
e.net/ (e.g. for mpeg2enc) is not listed in
there. Also, the stock mjpegtools 1.8 tarball has a bug; it
does not install
the header file mpeg2syntaxcodes.h into
<mjpeg_include>/mpeg2enc.
The plugin mpeg2enc will only be built if this file has been
put in there,
either manually or by some distro correction.
