Empty config file generated by gstreamer-0.10.10

Hi,

When I download the source tgz for the above version, and give ./configure,

I get an empty config file.

I do the same thing for 0.10.11, everything is okay.

In 0.10.10, when I run configure, I get the error, but the configure script is not stopped:

Could not run check test program.

Subsequently, when I do make, it fails with and error in grammar.y.
