I'd really like to understand why you can't build
SetupBrowser.  There
might be hidden bugs there.

This also puzzled me. You ever told me "build -v"
can produce it, but it can't work.
I even don't know how to get the cause why
"SetupBrowser.dll" can't produced on my box. The
compiling tool is a nightmare to me:(
