zoomtst10.c (test file for CCL conversion)

 
Hello,

I've noticed that a test file zoomtst10.c(relatively new for
CCL
conversion) is not included in the winmakefile.
Also in the usage message in the file, query wrapped in
apostrrophes, 
    e.g  bagel.indexdata.dk/gils 'ti=computer'
It causes error.
The same command without aphostrophes doesn't report any
errors
    e.g  bagel.indexdata.dk/gils ti=computer

Please fix it for the next version of Yaz.

The aphostrophes are necessary on Unix shells - if you have
blanks in 
the query. In this particular example, it's not needed.
