Problems connecting to 'Dublin City University'

Hi,

Trying to connect to a Z39.50 server at Dublin City
University gives the 
following error:

Yes, but you won't like it.  It's not a YAZ problem: the
server is
broken.  You need to contact the Dublin support people.
