Permitted use of LoC records obtained using yaz-client

Thanks for this information, Larry.  I was intending
to use Yaz Proxy to throttle connections to the LoC
and other primary catalog servers; though we will
almost always do queries in non-batch mode based upon
unique keys (ISBN, LCCN), the number of concurrent
users may eventually become quite high.  When the
project starts preparing to roll-out I hope I can
contact you to negotiate an acceptable usage profile.

On another note, though LoC records are free I have
not been able to find some of the collateral
documentation necessary to properly interpret them-
for example, organization codes, complete lists of
subject headings, etc.  Can you comment on the
availability of these sorts of resources?
