patch for php yaz client

This is not so much as to fix a bug, but to rather add some
performance.
I've added a function called yaz_records, which simply
returns an array of ALL
the results in the result set.
This patch allows you to specify a chunk size, which is how
many records are
requested per results retrieval. I found for my needs
something like 100 is
good. But the whole purpose of the chunk size is to be able
to fiddle with to
allow you to increase performance. It has slightly more than
doubled my
performance.

I don't have a problem adding this.. It's of course easy
to put heavy 
load on servers with this.. But it was possible too without
- so I guess 
that argument does not  hold.

Can you make new a patch that does not use // comments.
Older C 
compilers don't support them.
