I'm trying to download and test PHP/YAZ for Windows.

This link drives me nowhere :

Oops. The contents was removed due to the fact that the PHP team makes 
php_yaz.dll's for the various versions of PHP.

But for yaz.dll, please use the version part of the YAZ WIN32 installer.

Unfortunately, we don't have resources to maintain php_yaz.dll binaries 
ourselves. It is depending on the PHP version.
