Viewing bugs

HI

The recent release of YAZ claimed to fix bug #832: Problem
with 
MARC/charset in yaz-client

Can someone please point me to where I can see the details
of this 
particular bug.  I'm trying to find out if I need to begin
using this 
upgraded verion.

The bug was purely oriented the say yaz-client calls MARC
display with 
character set conversions enabled.

Not the core iconv part of YAZ.
