My sendmail could not send email

I was setting up a local mailserver to get all messages from mail.amellar.com using RHEL 4 AS, sendmail-8.13.1-2, dovecot-0.99.11-2.EL4.1, fetchmail-5.9.0-1. Im using outlook express as mail client I have no problem popping all the messages from the remote mail server but when I used outlook express to send email to yahoo or gmail all the emails went to bulk or spam while the others cannot be send. ; I had read the knowledgebase and googled but still unsuccessful here are my configuration.
