Unable to mount NFS share

I ran into the same problem after shutting the server down
for the
night.  I ran rpc.mountd in the foreground and then
attempted to mount
the directory being exported.  It proceeded to segfault.  I
did a search
and it seems like nfs-utils has this problem in RHEL 3.
