Been away for a while ... wanted to download the latest FREE Redhat (I have version 6.0) but it doesn't seem to exist ... where is that free OS we all knew and loved??

rest assured Eric -- the latest Fedora release (6) should
prove to be
quite an impressive improvement to you from Redhat 6.0

What others have said is true; today's equivalent to the
free Red Hat
Linux product is Fedora. There is a page at www.redhat.com
explaining
the differences:

As Katsumi mentioned, you'll find Fedora Core 6 quite an
improvement.
Here are a couple of Red Hat Magazine articles about this
latest release:

It has become Fedora Core Linux and is currently in version
6.
