how to setup MS laser wireless 500 on RHEL 3.0 ?

hi folks,

i was able to add the natural keyboard just fine,
but trying to add the mouse, i got it moving wildly across
the desktop,
relocating the control bar, etc..

how should i configure this MS wireless laser 5000 mouse?
