Goody! Now I get my favorite thing in all of life.... An
endless loop of
dependencies....
Is there a tool/trick that will handle going onto wherever
and resolving
dependencies without me chasing them all day?
Thanks in advance,
Bill Watson

You could look at rpmfind.net and locate a newer rhas or
fedora rpm and
test.....
Otherwise accelerate the issue via a problem record....if RH
do not respond
give your account rep a severe bashing.

Are there a whole bunch of reasons that RedHat doesn't have
8.13.8, or at
least 8.13.5 as the available update for sendmail? There
appears, based on
google searches, to be a recurring problem where email to
AOL accounts does
not go through in the pre 8.13.5 releases of sendmail.
AFAIK, 8.13.1 is
RedHat's latest.
If there are other solutions to this symptom, I am all
ears.
sendmail.org only has source RPM's and I'd rather have
something that is
RedHat specific if at all possible.
FYI sysadmins, check /var/spool/mqueue for a pile of emails
that are
deferred, and have a good chance of being destined for AOL
accounts.
Thanks,
