DST question on RHEL4 and RHEL3

People,

I have 2 RHEL3 systems that I upgraded to correct the
march 11 DST situation via up2date and that is good.

I also have a RHEL3 and RHEL4 systems that have
no contract with Red Hat, I was wondering how do I go
about updating these systems.

Am I allowed to use up2date althought there is not
service contract for them?
How do I fix the DST problem in these systems?
What RPM doI need to install?

Thanks,

Néstor
