Linux on PDA

Hello,

I want to have Linux on my PDA (PocketPC).
But i have got a problem;
I have installed the bootloader. thats works
but if i start my PPC with the boodloader, and i want to
connect it
with my pc (USB)
Windows (XP) says that the USB device could not be
recognized if i
boos in the ARM bootldr.
How can i fix this prob?
I have a Compaq iPAQ 3700.
