getting a check box to display

hi,
i am defining a check box like so:

forms.CheckboxField(field_name=_("Vote"))

what do i put in the template to display a checkbox with the
word  
'Vote' next to it. The custom manipulator docs dont give an
example  
of the template

try using maybe {% trans Vote %} as a name in the template.
I used such
solution for simple text, it may work for forms too.
