Independent sql-evolution module

This module provides sql evolution for django models. It is
based on
the
sql-evoluition branch.
To be used do NOT NEED TO MAKE CHANGES IN DJANGO SOURCE
CODE!!!  Just
extract files into your project directory, copy
sqlev_manage.py file
from sqlev directory to one level up, change your model and
run
# ./sqlev_manage.py sqlev <app_name>

./sqlev_manage.py is modified standard manage.py file. it
adds "sqlev"
command and replaces "inspectdb" command. Other
commands still works
as
it's originals.

Limitations: support only MySQL database.

Module is not well tested and still have ugly design,
inherited from
the
sql-evolution branch. But it works for me.
