How to give an fo:block a fixed height

Hi All,

I am trying to give an <fo:block> a fixed height, so
that all of the chapter
text will start at the same height, even if the title wraps.
I have tried
setting the height and bottom of the block and of the
containing block but no
success. Please help?

I've answered my own question. I wrapped the fo:block with
a fo:block-container
and that accepted the height attribute.
