book.titlepage.recto template line

Hi all,

Problem: I need to control the layout of the titlepage in
PDF output so 
an image will stay in one spot (lower right corner).

For starters, I am trying to use this Example 12.8 code to
get it working 
and then I can tweak it to what I want:

According to this information, I need to add the
book.titlepage.recto 
template line to the titlepage.templates.xml file.

Q: What is the syntax for this template line in the 
titlepage.templates.xml file?
