Cover Page creation question

I am using Bob Stayton217;s XSL complete guide to customize a title page but am having a few errors this morning.

 

When I try to create the template as shown in http://www.sagehill.net/docbookxsl/HTMLTitlePage.html Oxygen is kicking out an error that it failed to compile the style sheet and when I look at my mytitlepage.spec.xml file I see an error that the element type “t:templates221; must be declared?

 

Any ideas̷0;.hereR17;s a snippet of the file. I can send the whole thing if needed
