RE: Cover Page creation question

Yeah, I'd caught that. I think something went wrong w/ my
processing of the
title page. I saved out, installed Oxygen on another PC and
things work
fine. Trying to debug what I did wrong in the title page
generation.

It looks like your file is named
"mytitlepages.xsl" but the xsl:include 
references "mytitlepage.xsl" (no "s" at
the end).  Is that typo?
