I think that is it yes, I have a separate bug open about it.

I still remain of the view that there must be a solution to
this somewhere,
given that I don't see it with the 1.68 stylesheets,
perhaps it is a bug in the
stylesheets? If necessary I'll build using those, but I
have no idea what might
break.
