Can't open xml document in IE 6.0

Thanks for your inputs, I have tried the same it will
working good, if i am 
giving my local path as DTD location. When i refer
"mathml2.dtd" in  
"http://w
ww.w3.org/TR/MathML2/dtd/mathml2.dtd" it shows the
following error 
in IE:

"A name was started with an invalid character. Error
processing resource 
'file:///C:/sundar/test/bak/sample.xml'. Line 1, P...

I have attached the sample file which i was used.

It works if I use the official URI
(http:/
/www.w3.org/Math/DTD/mathml2/mathml2.dtd) in the
document (and if the
W3C and OASIS sites are accessible, of course).
