Docbook 5 the guide, expansion of elements documentation

In the
http://svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/docbook/
trunk/defguide5/en/refpages/
directory,   there is a Makefile that uses the
"makeelist" Perl script,
which assembles list-elements.xml.
