Fix manpage building with docbook-xsl

Hi all,

Attached patch is from Fedora against docbook-xsl 1.73 which
fixes building 
manpages with docbook-xsl. This effects GIT at least [0] .

The special bug has already been fixed upstream (revision
7153).
Upstream is going to release a stable version of docbook-xsl
1.73 soon.

Therefor bug-reports and patches are highly welcome.

PS: I think, such issue are better reported/discussed on
the
docbook-apps mailing list.

Citing the release notes: "[..] As with all DocBook
Project dot-zero
releases, this is an experimental release. It will be
followed shortly
by a stable release. [..]".
