Reg. Docbook version 4.5CR2

Hi,

I have tried with "nsgmls.exe" but i'll get the
following errors:

c:\nsgmls\bin\nsgmls:C:\sundar\parser\docbook-xml-4.5C

"1D6C2" is not a character number in the
document character set
c:\nsgmls\bin\nsgmls:C:\sundar\parser\docbook-xml-4.5C

document character set
c:\nsgmls\bin\nsgmls:C:\sundar\parser\docbook-xml-4.5C
R2\ent/isogrk4.ent:44:30:E: 
"1D6D8" is not a character number in the
document character set
c:\nsgmls\bin\nsgmls:C:\sundar\parser\docbook-xml-4.5C
R2\ent/isogrk4.ent:45:30:E: 
"1D6AB" is not a character number in the
document character set
c:\nsgmls\bin\nsgmls:C:\sundar\parser\docbook-xml-4.5C

can u help to solve the above issue.
