Anti-spam policy change

There's recently been some spam posted to this list, so I've
changed
the Google Groups settings to require new members postings
to be
moderated.

If you have not posted to this list before, your posts will
not show
up until someone has reviewed it.

DO NOT PANIC!

It may take a little while, but we'll get around to
approving your
post.
