Media Manager namespace bug

Hi all,

Details:
Files with a txt extension for some reason get their own
namespace in
the media manager, example:

http://tatewake.com/wiki/lib/exe/mediamanager.php?n
s=projects

Changing the file extension removes the namespace, so I
believe this
verifies the bug's existance.

Running an RC, but not the latest RC, not sure if this is
present in
newer builds.
