1) .Net Developers
Specifications: C#, ASP.Net , VB.Net, ADO.Net, JavaScript SQL Server 2005 UML with a minimum of 2+ years in .Net. Experience in Web application development and exposure to web services would be
preferred.
Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech /MCA/ B.Sc (CS)/ M.Sc (CS)/ Grad+GNIIT
Total IT Experience: Minimum 2.5 Years.
2) Sr. Developers - .Net Technologies
Specifications: C#, ASP.Net , VB.Net, ADO.Net, JavaScript SQL Server 2005 UML with a minimum of 3+ years in .Net., design experience with UML would be preferred. Experience in Web application development and exposure to web services would be preferred.
Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech /MCA/ B.Sc (CS)/ M.Sc (CS)/ Grad+GNIIT
Total IT Experience: Minimum 4.5 Years.
3) Web Developers - .Net Technologies
Specifications: Experience with ASP.NET, C#, HTML/DHTML/XHTML, CSS, Javascript, HTTP, OOA/OOD, IIS and full software development life cycle experience. Preferred experience with UML, Web Services, SQL and Web accessibility standards. WEB application technology development is a must. Must have a minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience.

Total IT Experience: Minimum 4 Years.
4) Architects
& Team Leads -.Net Technologies
Specifications: BE/ BTech. from reputed engineering institutes (Master Degree a Plus), 7+ years of experience developing structured and modular software in a team environment, Strong knowledge of MS technologies, 5 or more years of experience in leading MS .net focused development teams, Experience in Technical leadership in architecture, design and consulting, Expert level of knowledge in .net frameworks , MVC , COM, COM+,
C#, ASP .net, Expert knowledge of MS-Server products, Expert in object oriented design and development, including documentation such as UML, Good knowledge in usage of O-R Mapping Tools, Web Services, SQL, XML and XSD, Expertise in design patterns and frameworks. Mastery over their adoption and usage, Exposure to production environments and deployment aspects, with experience on networks and security, Familiarity with agile development methods, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Demonstrate Leadership and decision making skills and ability to mentor and motivate teams, Java J2EE knowledge, exposure a plus.
Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech (CS) / MTech
Total IT Experience: Minimum 8 Years.
