this person will be responsible for overseeing all technical development activities in a NJ based project with an offshore development team. The client is in Red Bank NJ, and this resource will spend some time there, but most time will be spent at the Ness office in Hackensack NJ. The resource will work closely with the PM (me) to understand the requirements and translate them into designs to be implemented offshore. This resource may do some development work as well. Architecture/design experience with Microsoft .NET and C# are the primary technical requirements, however some knowledge of the Plumtree / BEA portal is required as well as the application will be surfaced through that portal.
