URGENT REQUIREMENT--MDM Architect with Pharma Experience

Profile

Responsibilities

·        Strong experience in MDM

·        Strong experience with Data Quality / Data Cleansing

·        Good leadership and project management experience (8+ years)

·        Strong Oracle / SQL skills

·        Experience in some/all of the following very desirable:

o       Data Warehousing

o       ETL (e.g. Informatica)

o       Metadata Management

o       Data Profiling

o       Clinical Data Management

o       DataFlux

o       SAS

o       Pharmaceutical Validation process

·        Experience in large-scale database design and implementation initiatives

·        Expertise in UNIX shell scripting for scheduling/administration

·        Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills

·        Strong organizational and planning skills

·        Ability to work in a highly challenging environment with tight timelines

·        Knowledge of full life cycle development (SDLC) and pharmaceutical validation procedures

·        Ability to understand business priorities and make decisions accordingly

·        Pharmaceutical Clinical Data Management and R&D will be a plus

·        Understand business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions

·        Ensure business needs are met in the recommended solution(s)

·        Provide leadership and guidance to the client and project team on MDM architecture, design and development practices

·        Perform requirements gathering, architecture and design activities, and create project documents as required

·        Review team deliverables prior to releasing to the client

·        Assist with the creation of a project plan, prioritize tasks, and get tasks on the project plan or task list completed on schedule

·        Closely monitor timelines and deliverables and ensure timelines are being met

·        Be the point person for the project and for Ness and be accountable for all deliverables and timelines

·        Report status back to Ness management and the client on a timely basis. Develop status reports as required

·        Proactively inform Ness senior management and the client, as appropriate, of project issues/risks etc

·        Assist individual team members in accomplishing their tasks

·        Show initiative, creativity and drive in finding solutions and resolving issues
