Need BPM Developers (2) - J2EE and BPM technologies required...

Job Description for BPM developers:

• Participate in automation of BPM projects providing technical analysis of existing systems architecture and develop BPM integration design.
• Engage in multiple business process re-engineering activities to enhance core information systems and processes for Ovations clients.
• Design, configure and develop UI, database and integration components.
• Interact with business analysts and technical stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements
• Participate in the planning and estimating of project deliverables and solutions.
• Follow best practices when translating business requirements into a viable process model.
• Contribute to the development of methodologies, approaches, models, tools and techniques.

Required qualifications:
• 4-6 yrs experience with business and technical requirements analysis, process modeling, mapping, methodology development, and data modeling.
• Ideal candidate will have a combination of demonstrated expertise in IT project delivery, previous experience with application integration using messaging-oriented middleware and web services, and hands-on programming expertise in Java, Javascript, etc.
• Experience in design, development and implementation of software solutions, systems, and products.
• Dynamic web interface design using XHMTL, CSS, JSP, etc.
• Data integration with XML.
• Application integration using Web Services and message oriented middleware: JMS, MQ-series.
• Familiarity with UML/BPM terminology such as swim-lane concept, role-based activities, screen-flows and sub-processes, etc.
• Experience integrating processes with external web services and LDAP products is required.
• Previous implementation skills with AquaLogic BPM (ALBPM) (Fuego) or AquaLogic User Interaction (ALUI) (Plumtree) is highly regarded

Preferred Qualifications:
• In depth knowledge on at least one of the Process Management concepts such as Business Activity Monitoring (BAM), Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), and Business Process Management (BPM) is preferred.
• 3+ years of J2EE Experience with application servers, preferably including WebSphere.
• Experience in process analysis and exposure to concepts of BPM/BPR/BAM and in-depth knowledge/working experience on tools supporting these concepts.
• Experience implementing application integration solutions in heterogeneous environments.
• Should be able to discuss Firewall and DMZ issues and design and implement load balancing and high availability solutions - Fail-Over/Clustering setup, in general as well as for ALBPM environment.
