Requirement 1.

CORP 2 CORP 

GUI designer - this is the same requirement as before. Previously, the client had hired someone, but they didn't stay, so the need has resurfaced. They need a user interface designer. Someone who is a graphic artist but has worked on applications, not just websites. This person will have to provide HTML, CSS, etc. to the developers for incorporation into their program code. This person will have to work in Saratoga Springs NY. I expect this to be a 3-6 month engagement.

Requirement 2.

 CONTRACT 2 HIRE

QA lead - this individual will be responsible for building out a regression test suite for the systems read functional specifications and develop test plans, scripts, etc. This person will also eventually lead a small team of QA analysts (to be hired at a later time). This person will have to work in Saratoga Springs NY at least in the beginning, and maybe longer. Might end up long term in Saratoga. This could be a temp to hire situation.

Requirement 3.

  CONTRACT 2 HIRE

Junior developer - this individual will have up to about 3-4 years experience (or could be a very sharp entry level person). Needs Java, JSP, SQL (preferably DB2) and C# is a plus. Will be responsible for building installation programs/processes, making customizations to the ";data interface" layer in the Valogix systems, and other assignments as they come up. This person will have to work in Saratoga Springs NY at least in the beginning, and maybe longer. This is a temp to hire situation (hire would not be until after 6 months and a determination that the person is growing).

Requirement 4.

 CONTRACT 2 HIRE

Solution Architect - this position is for a software integrator. They needs to interface with their client's systems, and this individual will have to architect and implement the necessary customizations and interfaces. This person also handle issues that a client might experience (Valogix will handle front line communications with the client, and then dispatch tasks to this person). This individual could be offshore, onshore remote, or onsite. Offshore would offer the best rates to Client of course, so it should be considered strongly if possible. No plan to hire this person. I expect this to be a longer term engagement (6 months to 1 year or more) with the possibility of adding a second similar person in the future as the need grows.
