Ok. It was just wishful thinking.

I can understand that. The purpose with my original post on
this subject 
was actually to express my approval of your work.

I may have misunderstood the terminology here. But since we
were talking 
about module description, I thought maintainer meant the
maintainer of 
the module. I am the maintainer of RoleAssign 
<http://drupa
l.org/project/roleassign>, but I havn't access to
previous 
versions of the description I have written. It's no big
deal. But if we 
are encouraging people to edit each others module
description, which 
inkfree suggested and I seconded, I thought it could be a
good idea if 
at least the module maintainer, who after all is responsible
for his/her 
module, would be able to revert any change if necessary.

My wishful thinking above was just an extension of that
thought. To 
determine if it is necessary to revert a change, I must
first now if has 
been a change. It was therefore I venture to think how nice
it would 
have been if at least the module maintainer would get an
automatically 
notice if anybody has made a change to module's description.
Again, it's 
no big deal. Just a rash thought.

To sum up, I like your effort, and  like inkfree's idea of a
more wiki 
wiki like approach.
