standard dotinfo file "package" classification

ode/64279#info  based on Morbus' suggestions.

Is the package field case sensitive?  The organic groups
module is
using package = "Organic groups" (per, I assume,
the new imperative to
use sentence case).

If the code is in the same model as the original packaging,
yes, it will be 
case sensitive.
