adding block in 5.0 - title missing

Hi,
i would like to just ask, if it is a bug when you are
creating new block
in Drupal 5.0 and Title input of a block is missing? So it
creates a
block without title and you must manually configure block
and set title.
Should i create bug report?

Block titles are optional in Drupal. This is not a bug.
Sometimes you
might want to create a block without a title - there's no
reason why
you should be forced to give every block on your site a
title.

When in doubt, it's probably best to search the issue
tracker and submit a bug
report. As such it would have been marked a duplicate of

But most of the blocks have a title. Therefore it's a little
drawback
from 4.7 i think. You can always specify <none> (which
is written in
help message).

Interesting. I have tried to create in 4.7 more than one
block  
without a title and the system has not allowed it. Would
that be a  
bug in 4.7.3?

It's not a bug in 4.7.  It's a new feature in 5.
