Please do not use postponed (now) for core

Hi,

We have 7.x to mark issues belonging there -- most issues
marked as
postponed are really 7.x, CNW. I can imagine postponed
meaning "let's
wait for patch Y" but these are rare/nonexistent during
the freeze.

The lines between 'Not now, but maybe sometime', 'This is
waiting for  
something else,' and 'In progress for a future version' are
tricky. It  
probably makes sense to treat them the way you describe
below. Thanks.
