Hi all,
Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this.
I'm trying to add a release for a module and it seems the documentation
might be out of date:

It says to click "Add News Release" link in the Releases tab, but this
link doesn't seem to exist anymore. I've added releases before, so I'm
puzzled (although it has been awhile, so maybe I'm missing something).
