Privatemsg needs a better maintainer

Hi,

To cut a long story short, I am not a good maintainer. This
module
needs much more love than I can give it. For example, the
2.x branch
should use subscriptions for its mailing needs but it has
not kept up
with the ground-up rewrite of subscriptions. Please help.
