Launched in 2002 for a 3-year period, the Technolangue programme is an
interdepartmental-funded action (Ministry of Research and New
Technologies, Ministry of Industry 

and Ministry of Culture and Communication). This programme aspired to
fill the gaps that could be identified in the current landscape of
available technologies. Moreover, 

this proposal aimed at enabling the setting up of a long-lasting device
to help capitalise on the results from research and development
activities of public research and industry. 

This device will provide access to a number of tools and data necessary
to develop technologies and to enable the use of standard methodologies
in the field.


In this context, the
EuRADic project, funded by the Ministry of Industry, aimed at
formatting and
developing (transcoding, reformatting, checking and updating,
designing, …) 

dictionaries
and corpora structured with the French language as the “pivot
language”. A

ELRA is happy to
announce the publication of the first language resources coming from
the EuRADic
project in its catalogue. They consist of the following
