Specfile editor minimal jvm requirement

Hi all,

I want to propose bumping the minimal java requirement to
java 1.5. My opinion 
is that this should happen for two reasons:
1. Linux distros are not shipping java 1.4 anymore. We
(mandriva) have sun 
java 1.5 and 1.6 and icedtea-1.7 as a main jvm (and other
classpath based 
jvms, which also have 1.5 apis). So developing for 1.4 is
becoming harder - 
even if you are not using java 5 syntax some apis from java
1.5 is slipping.
2. As a side effect this will allow us to modernize our
api.

Any comments, objections?

I'm fine with moving to 1.5.
