I've committed code that allows you to specify an RSS feed for your
page, allowing you to override the default RSS feed for the site. ;
Doing so will substitute the URL for the RSS icon in the Phoenix
header, and it will also add a <link rel="alternate"> in the
page, enabling the Firefox/MSIE "subscribe to page" feature.

As per bug
202825, the above method should be the standard method for
declaring the availability of a page-specific RSS feed.
