Can't the php code that generates the <img>; HTML check the image
size before it generates the HTML?

My one criticism would be that I think it should look the
same if there 
is an ad there or just a logo.  So maybe we can move the
"Strategic 
Member Ad" to the top of the box title against a purple
background like 
the "Featured Member" box?

Otherwise looks very good to me, Donald!
