What icon set does edubuntu 7.04 ship with and where is it?

Hi all,

I want to create a custom icon to replace the default
"short cut" icon
on the gnome desktop.

I can't see any information that lets me know where this
icon is
normally stored. I assume it's hiding somewhere in
/usr/share/icons
This is a stock version of edubuntu 7.04

I asked on edubuntu-user and got no response. I am hoping
some here
can clue me in.
