Can somebody add this file in CVS-repository?

Unfortunatelly, it's impossible.
The eo-translation team of GNOME is almost dead.

I meant the gnome translation team

Well, I know where to add the file, but I think I must also
add 
something here and there to make it used.

The main problem is that the translators sometimes get upset
when we 
touch their files, so I'm not really sure I want to do it
myself.
