Thread: additional networks in Green

I am running version 2.1 on VMWare server. My config is:

Red: 69.73.89.x
Green: 192.168.1.x

I also have internal networks of 10.3.x.x and 10.30.x.x that I want to be able to route through green. I modified the rc.d scripts to update the routing table on bootup. So, my routing tables looks like:

Kernel IP routing table
Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface
69.73.89.64 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.224 U 0 0 0 eth1
192.168.1.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 br0
10.3.0.0 192.168.1.2 255.255.0.0 UG 0 0 0 br0
10.200.0.0 192.168.1.11 255.255.0.0 UG 0 0 0 br0
10.30.0.0 192.168.1.2 255.255.0.0 UG 0 0 0 br0
0.0.0.0 69.73.89.65 0.0.0.0 UG 0 0 0 eth1
The computers on 10.3.x.x and 10.30.x.x can access the web through the proxy without problems. However, any time we hit a SSL site, the connection times out. But the same site works from any computer on 192.168.1.x

I thought it might be the outgoing firewall causing problems, so I disabled it temporarily for testing. No dice.

What's the next step?

Hi,
got the same issue in the past, thus I've a big WANs.
After adding the routes you need a little add:
try this for each of your lans
ip rule add prio 5 to 10.3.x.x/xx lookup main

Anyway check again the mailing lists, search for
multiple/more green and 
routing.
