In /usr/local/bin/restartsquid.py there is a bug:

the line:
 VALUES['http_access_allow'] = "http_access allow 
IPCop_networks "+group+"
within_timeframe\n"
would be:
VALUES['http_access_allow'] = "http_access allow 
EFW_networks "+group+"
within_timeframe\n"
