Summary: can't deny outgoing source address
Initial Comment:
i try to block just one of my internal IP's to not have
access beyond the LAN
Following rule are used:
-------------------------------
Source Address: 192.168.0.10
Source Port: ALL
Destination Address: ALL
Destination Port: ALL
Policy: DENY
-------------------------------
This does not work, i also tried moving the rule to the
top, it makes no difference.
(Outgoing global policy is set to deny)
ps: this might be related to my other bug post, just
below this one

if u enabeled the proxy then u must deny this ip also in the
proxy Network
based access control also bec in ur case u only denied all
traffic except
traffic comming from port 80 which is the main port
